We understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly. Unless the customer asks for a specific refund, below is our cancellation policy based on recent government UK laws:
Cancellation requests made 14 days or more before the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund or credit towards a future reservation for the same service.
Cancellation requests made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival will receive a credit towards a future reservation for the same service.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival will not receive a refund or credit.
Customers must wear appropriate footwear, and skate shoes, during the lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel a lesson if a customer's behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
